I had many tree roots in my yard that were showing at the top of the ground and my yard was very uneven. John brought in pulverized topsoil and sod and now i have a very fine looking yard. He did very good quality work and to the penny price that he told me.

They came out and quoted me, then came out again before starting work to make sure we were still good on everything and then did the work. It was an expensive project and they did a killer job and was great to work with.

I had several foundation companies come out to give me suggestions on my problem. They all wanted to dig up the dirt around my foundation to fix what they called cracks in my wall. I had estimates from $6-13k. John came out and looked at my problem and added soil around my foundation to get proper drainage away from my foundation. He solved the problem for only $650. I recommended him to my mother and a co-worker.

The provider removed a 12X7 foot concrete pond that was used as a water garden, large rocks concreted in place, waterfall, debris and a tree from the back yard of my property. He did a great job of estimating what had to be done, scheduled a time and arrived as planned. Heavy equipment was needed, and he brought it in without damaging any other part of the property or plantings. John and is crew were professional and very pleasant to work with. I would hire him again if I needed this kind of work done. He told me he has torn out a lot of ponds and pools. Well done.

Bobcat work, drainage improvement and soil: I have several rental properties and appreciate good providers. John Marr and Son were that and did a great job working with me to improve drainage and bury a gutter drain. They also did some additional work we didn’t have in the proposal for the same price. He brought in 10yds of top soil and used his bobcat to locate the dirt in areas that had issues. He also buried a drain and cut a hump that contributed to bad drainage. He can really operate

We have an older house in Lenexa that we bought two years ago. Prior to us buying it, extensive foundation work was done by the seller and the basement was fully finished. Low and behold, there were still water issues. John came and took a look. After bringing in a truckload of dirt to regrade around the foundation and reshaping the profile of our back yard, the problem has been solved without having to deconstruct the entire basement to find the source.
